Natalie Waters became Practice Manager for the Companion Animal Division of Bethany Animal Hospital in February of 2012. Prior to that, she was a part of our Large Animal Division beginning in 2002. She is a member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association.
“I am proud to be a member of the team.” says Natalie “It is our goal to educate our clients and give their pets the best possible care available.”
Natalie's pets include seven adopted stray cats; Clay, Pablo, Poofy, Mama, Baby, Clyde Beaumont and Spooky Josephine Frogger. Her interests include cooking, walking, and playing Play-Doh and Legos with all her adopted grandchildren.
Gwen has been with Bethany Animal Hospital since September of 2009. Not only is she good with helping our clients, but she has some sign language ability and says that she loves to talk.
When asked what she likes most about her work, Gwen says, “All the doctors treat me with respect and make me feel like I’m part of the family. I also am proud that our number one concern is the health and well-being of the pets.”
Gwen’s pets include two chinchillas named Gizmo and Mocha, and four cats named Gingersnap, Smokey, Mittens and Tommy Girl. Her interests include spending time with her kids, playing racquetball with her husband, planting flowers and decorating.
Pedro joined Bethany Animal Hospital as a Client Care Representative in October 2016. Pedro currently doesn't have any pets, but enjoys meeting all the different types of animals that come through Bethany's doors.
When asked what he likes most about his job, Pedro says, "All the people that I work with. Everybody here is very passionate about what they do and it feels great to be part of a team that is so dedicated to doing what is best for the pets in our community."
Pedro earned his Bachelors Degree in Political Science at Northern Illinois University. In his free time he enjoys reading, traveling, finding new shows to watch, music, and spending time with friends and family.
